Having Brad as our builder was a A+++ experience. We used him for 3 renovations and for each one, he finished on or ahead of time, and even helped us save some money. Brad and his team are excellent on the tools, but also have strong relationships with their trades, so they manage the whole build experience for you in a seamless way. And to top it all off, Brad and his team are all such a pleasure to deal with, they even managed to improve our relationship with our neighbours.

Brad and his team renovated our home in 2013, including a sizable extension, new kitchen, laundry, bathrooms, in-ground pool and garage, as well as a second storey parent’s retreat. The outcome is a beautiful and functional family home that seamlessly blends the period style of 1918 with contemporary design. Brad is easy to deal with - honest & trustworthy, a prompt and clear communicator, client focused, practical and highly organsied. Consequently the first-class build came in on time and budget, all in a collaborative and fuss free manner. Importantly once the build was finished, Brad and his team have stayed in close contact and remained available for ongoing tasks as they arise.
Some 12 years later the renovation still looks terrific and we remain grateful to Brad and his team for their support.

It is gives me great pleasure to comment on the outstanding, high quality work undertaken by Mr Brad Hamilton and his team. We first became aware of Brad over 3 decades ago when we did our first of 3 significant home developments here in Clovelly. Brad himself has significant strengths as a human being. He is trustworthy, honest, hardworking, reliable and insightful in all his personal interactions. He has a great sense of humour and is an excellent communicator. He juggles a busy schedule superbly and seems to always have an infectiously positive energy. When things don’t go to plan he always has a workaround that is both economical and practical and this often leads to an even better outcome. His building and project management skills are outstanding. As a builder, Brad has extraordinary skills and experience. He has guided us as amateurs with great diplomacy and for that, we have been greatly appreciative. He will introduce multiple cost savings along the way. Conservatively these have saved us tens of thousands of dollars in each of the 3 projects he has completed for us. In each of those 3 projects he has always delivered the work on time and with reliability and should there be any delay beyond his control, he seems to always have ways in which he keeps the overall project ticking along. He has a significant ability to project manage and in my professional life I have worked worth many that have not come close to his high standards. Brad is now joined in the business by Jack, his son, a true chip off the old block. Jack is humble, respectful, very well taught and mentored. Just like his Dad he has excellent skills as a builder and just gets the job done with a minimum of fuss. He too has the same human characteristics of trustworthiness and reliability Having work done on your home is a very personal and important decision for a family. Brad, Jack and all is team have always been gentlemen to deal with. They have watched our kids grow up and have met the building needs of our family home as it evolved over the decades. We have valued their friendship and support over these decades and I cannot attest more highly to their contemporary craftmanship, efficiency and effectiveness. Just as we were introduced to him over 30 years ago, you would be very wise to wait until he is available. You will not be disappointed. I have indicated to Brad that should any potential client ever want to talk to me personally that they could give them my details to be contacted to attest to the voracity of these unsolicited comments. That is the least I could do to repay him for his support.
